Delivery/Shipping Policy
• Flat rate shipping applies to all orders
• Please allow seven business days to receive item(s) from shipping date; expedited shipping is not available
• Orders shipped to continental United States mailing addresses only
• Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
Purchase Terms
• Credit cards are the sole acceptable method of payment for video purchases (possible exceptions for bulk orders)
• Workshop fee payments are NOT processed online
• Guarantee of funds is required for all orders at the time of order placement
• Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice; however, once an order is placed, the price reflected on the order will be honored
• 7% sales tax will be added to orders with a Georgia mailing address
• Video purchases do not include training or consulting services
Return/Refund Policy
• Refunds are not allowed once an order ships.
• Returns are not allowed once an item ships unless that item is deemed to be defective. If a defective item is received, it must be returned (and received by the seller) within 30 days of purchase along with an email to customerservice@meetinggenie.com indicating the item was defective. Defective items will be replaced upon receipt of said defective item by the seller. Please allow fourteen business days from receipt of the defective item (by the seller) for shipment of the replacement item.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders may be canceled only by emailing the cancellation request to customerservice@meetinggenie.com BEFORE an item ships
• Cancellations are NOT allowed once an item has shipped
Video Specifications
• Videos available in NTSC format only
• Videos available on DVD (Standard Definition) only
• Professionalism Matters Inc. maintains exclusive rights to all video products. Reproduction of content in any format is strictly prohibited.
• Video previews are allowed upon request. If you choose to preview a program, please email us at customerservice@meetinggenie.com. Video previews are demo copies of the entire video with a large watermarked message written across the screen. Video previews are not to be used for training purposes AT ANY TIME. Previews must be returned to the seller by traceable methods within 30 days of receipt of the preview. If previews are not returned within this 30 day window, the seller maintains the right to charge the customer $50 per preview copy.
